# Спам лист и черный список
В разделе Стоп листа есть параметр Спам, при включении которого на платформу от данного отправителя более не будут поступать сообщения.
При этом в списке Стоп листа отмеченные параметром Спам отображаются красным.
При необходимости добавить контакт в Спам, обязательным условием является нахождение этого контакта в Стоп листе.
Автоматической пометки Спам не предусмотрено, отметить как Спам возможно только в личном кабинете в разделе Стоп лист, в чате управление пометками Спам не доступно.\
